I'd been trying to get rid of my belly

the 4 food groups. It's more involved than that.
The key is to put together menus that
provide the right combination of alkaline and acid foods. Acid foods cause
our bodies to retain fat while alkaline foods are a natural way to shed
excess fat. With the right combination, we can attain a healthy yet trim
body and get rid of belly fat forever.
But that wasn't all I had to do.
